1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a phwi account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our services, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all amendments, modifications, or updates thereto. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using phwi services and close your account.

phwi reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the phwi website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of phwi services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use phwi services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phwi reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdiction

phwi services are intended for users physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are accessing phwi from within Philippine territory and are not prohibited by Philippine law from participating in online gambling activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of phwi complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws and regulations.

2.3 Account Registration

To use phwi services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current;
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Immediately notify phwi of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
• Maintain only one (1) account with phwi — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Verification

phwi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your phwi account using any of the payment methods made available on the platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment source owned by and registered in your own name;
• phwi does not accept third-party deposits — funds deposited from accounts not belonging to you may be confiscated and your account suspended;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction;
• phwi is not responsible for delays or fees imposed by third-party payment processors;
• All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at phwi's sole discretion.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your phwi account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method owned by and registered in your own name;
• You must have completed all required identity verification procedures before withdrawal requests will be processed;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard;
• phwi reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose additional verification procedures before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are estimates only — phwi is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions;
• phwi reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms before they may be withdrawn.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

phwi maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. You agree that:

• Funds deposited into your phwi account must be from legitimate sources;
• You will not use phwi services to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity;
• phwi may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities;
• phwi reserves the right to freeze accounts and confiscate funds if money laundering activity is suspected.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

phwi may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives (collectively "Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Bonus terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Any other conduct that violates the spirit or intent of a Bonus promotion.

5. Betting Rules and Game Terms

5.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on phwi are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual games, or by physical equipment and live dealers for live casino games. phwi does not manipulate, influence, or alter game outcomes in any way. Once a bet is placed and accepted by the phwi system, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

5.2 Technical Issues

In the event of technical malfunctions, system errors, or communication failures that affect game outcomes or bet settlement, phwi reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. phwi is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

5.3 Sports Betting

In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or other circumstances affecting bet settlement, phwi betting rules shall apply.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Self-Exclusion

phwi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from phwi services for a specified period. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access phwi services. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to phwi customer support and will be effective within twenty-four (24) hours.

6.2 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your phwi account at any time through your account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of seven (7) days.

6.3 Underage Gambling

phwi strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any person under the age of twenty-one (21) found to have registered or used phwi services will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited. phwi employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using phwi services:

• Using phwi services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse phwi systems, software, or game mechanics;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any other third-party tools to place bets;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, or bonus fraud;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access phwi source code or proprietary systems;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through phwi services;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phwi staff or other players;
• Using phwi services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or available through phwi services are the exclusive property of phwi or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phwi intellectual property without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phwi and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of phwi services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings;
• Loss of data or account access;
• Technical malfunctions or system errors;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals;
• Any other losses or damages arising from use of phwi services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with phwi services is to cease using the services and close your account.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phwi and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Your use or misuse of phwi services;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your phwi account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. phwi is not responsible for funds left in closed accounts.

11.2 Termination by phwi

phwi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that:

• You have violated these Terms & Conditions or any other phwi policy;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Your continued use of phwi services poses a risk to phwi or other users;
• Termination is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Upon termination, any outstanding balances may be forfeited if termination resulted from your violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of phwi services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and phwi regarding your use of phwi services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by phwi of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without phwi's prior written consent. phwi may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at any time without notice.
